The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize the upcoming bout.
Ex twice world title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will break his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - typically known for his theatrics - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, criticized British opponent Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer commented.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought MMA fighters or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the novice remains one of the sport's largest money-making draws, consistently making huge financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Size Difference
As both boxers met for the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the match is really going ahead.
